Banana-Date Shake



Treat yourself with a banana-date shake as an afternoon snack or dessert. It is made with natural ingredients and packed with of protein and fiber. It will provide you with plenty of energy to continue your day.

Ingredients:

  • (Frozen) ripe bananas

  • Dates

  • Chia seeds

  • Peanut butter or almond butter

  • Milk, it can also be non-dairy milk e.g. almond or oat milk

  • Cinnamon

Instruction:

  1. Soften dates by soaking them in warm water for 10min (if you have a high speed blender this step is not necessary)

  2. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth

  3. In case you like your smoothie cold, add a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon.

  4. Enjoy immendiately or keep the shake in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
