Dates are a powerfood of nature, that should be part of any healthy diet. They are rich in vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, B-complex as well as packed with potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, manganese, selenium,  zinc, copper and phosphorus.


Dates are high in fibres and antioxidants which can improve digestion and lower the risk of disease. Consumed daily, dates can boost the immunesystem. Dates are fat-free, sodium-free and cholesterol-free. They are packed with carbohydrates and natural sugars, making them a powerhouse of nature, to provide quick energy.


A small date (e.g. Ajwa) in average has 28 kcal compared to a large date with 38 kcal and virtually no fat. They are the perfect sweet treat.

To support a healthy diet, it is recommended to eat three dates per day.
