Morning Energy Booster


A breakfast full of vitamins gives you energy for the day. This Smoothie Bowl is made with dates, bananas, blueberries and lots of love.


Ingredients:

  • 3 Medjool dates

  • 1 banana (frozen)

  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a a high-speed food processor and blend well.

  2. To decorate your smoothie bowl, you can top it with chopped dates, blueberries, coconut flakes or sliced kiwi.
