A breakfast full of vitamins gives you energy for the day. This Smoothie Bowl is made with dates, bananas, blueberries and lots of love.
Ingredients:
3 Medjool dates
1 banana (frozen)
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a a high-speed food processor and blend well.
To decorate your smoothie bowl, you can top it with chopped dates, blueberries, coconut flakes or sliced kiwi.
