Energy bites with dates are the optimal guilt free snack before your workout or for in between. They taste delicious and supply your body with instant energy.
Ingredients:
12 medium to big sized dates e.g. Medjool
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Soak dates in warm water for about one hour
2. Add all ingredients to food processor and keep processing until the ingredients are evenly combined
3. Form little balls with your hands and roll them in some coconut flakes
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden and enjoy!
